After living in the Richmond area for more than 25 years, becoming a REALTOR® was something that came very naturally to me. Prior to being a REALTOR®, I was a law enforcement officer for 18 years and worked most of my career as a criminal investigator. With that opportunity, I was able to develop my research and analytical skills, which has helped my real estate career. I want to provide my clients the excellent service they deserve. To further my career and knowledge of this industry, I have attended courses such as Fundamentals of Real Estate Law, Contract Writing, Fair Housing, Virginia Agency Law and Ethics and Standards of Conduct. I’m also a political appointee to the Chesterfield County Committee on the Future. Some of the responsibilities include forecasting conditions of the county, conducting studies and performing research that results in solutions. I am originally from the Northern Neck of Virginia and relocated to Richmond years ago. I feel Richmond is a great location due to its proximity to both the mountains and beach. In my spare time, I enjoy traveling with my wife, son and daughter, and also attending sporting events. When I’m not working in residential real estate, I take part as a Research Associate with CoStar, a commercial real estate research, marketing and analytics company. I look forward to meeting you and helping you buy and sell your home.
